„The processes of teaching and learning stimulate one another…“
(Confucius, ca. 500 BCE)
„Education is not a preparation for life. Education is life itself“
(John Dewey, American philosopher 1859-1952)
Teaching and learning are deeply human activities where the potential of one individual can grow through the exchange with others. As a teacher I have to facilitate the process of learning. Being a teacher in the Arts and especially in Jazz/Improvised Music is a special kind of live performance. Improvisation is always part of it.
